How can I rent booth space at the UNR Ski & Board Swap?
If you are interested in renting a
10’ x 8’ booth space, download the form located on the vendor information page or contac Greg Mason for an application.

What are the times?
November 11, 6PM - 10PM $12 per adult &
$6 for children 6-12

November 12, 10AM - 8PM $7 per adult
$4 for children 6-12

November 13, 10AM - 3PM $7 per adult
ALL STUDENTS, MILITARY, POLICE, FIRE, AMBULANCE AND WCSD TEACHERS ARE FREE!

How much is parking?
$7 per car. This fee will be refunded with any purchase of $15 or more.

How long does it take to receive my check?
Your check will be mailed within 10 business days of the Ski Swap.

How much money does the UNR Ski & Board
Swap keep?
The UNR Ski Team (UNRWSC) will retain 20% of the selling price from the items sold.

Where is the UNR Ski & Board Swap?
The 30th Annual UNR Ski & Board Sale will be held at the Reno/Sparks Convention Center, 4590 South Virginia St. Reno.

What are the registration times?
Individual registration of items can be checked in on Thursday, Nov. 10, 1 - 8 pm. Friday, Nov. 11, 9 am - 1 pm. Check out for unsold individually registered items will be on Sunday, Nov. 13, 6 - 8 pm.

How many items can I sell as an Individual?
You may sell up to 25 items as an individual. Each item must be sold for a minimum of $5.00. Please Note: There is a $1 per item fee. Example: You have 6 items you’d like to sell. That means you will have to pay $6 when you register your items. This fee is non-refundable.

When can I pick up my unsold merchandise?
Pick up all unsold items at the North Entrance of the Reno/Sparks Convention Center. Items must be picked up between 6 and 8 pm on Sunday, November 13th. All items not picked up will be donated to the UNR Ski Club.
